We have a problems with a kinky dollars conversion ratio, it falls starting from the 6th of Match, does anyone have the same issue?

my sales and rebills with them went down way back in 2011, never recovered from that no matter how much traffic i sent.

And what was the main reason of that?

changes in billing in the first place and general lack of care about affiliates as i heared from an employee over there.

The funny thing about that is I believe I recall the kink.com CEO stating that 2011 was the year they first started seeing declines in revenues. Funny how that worked out.

This is really surprising to me, given that it's Kink.com and their stuff is so extreme.....generic porn being oversaturated I can understand but fetish stuff? Wow.

Their ratio failed about 5 years ago for me that's why I moved on..

It's all over the tubes, torrent sites, filelockers, you name it...kink's stuff is available for free just about everywhere. Their content is also the same (like one guy already stated on this thread)...very little seems to ever change, people see the same shit and they move on.

I was looking at the OP's site. Great concept if it was pics only. But every sponsor I saw on there died for us a long time ago. Over-saturated, everywhere and why buy the cow when you can milk it for free?

Some kink video ads started to fail to be served this month. Looks like they are still down. Maybe that's the cause in a sudden recent drop in your ratio?

For my traffic Kinky Dollars is theoretically perfect. But the program runs very very bad on my pages.

The ratio falls when the kinks moved to new beta site in march.

Please clear:

1. How does you count affiliate traffic, and associate it with their nats account on the new kink website, why does it not reflects in the affiliates stats ?
2. Why don't you use nats for counting traffic, how can we be sure that the visitors will have our affiliate id in their cookies ?

Probably fix an issue ASAP.

I was thinking about promoting them with a new fetish domain I bought.I promoted them in the past. Went to the hosted galleirs and found missing banners and links going to a "oops page" that wants to redirect you else were. Also some sites tools not updated in a few years..Its sad. I really wanted to promote them right way this time..I really liked their content..So time to look else were.

Two reasons: the tubes, torrent sites and the lack of new fresh content, the old content was way better! And time has changed: BDSM is nothing special anymore, every suburban mom does it at home all day long... (ahh.. now I got some idea for a new site). But I have to say for me Kinkydollars is one if the most honest companies. I am with them since 2003 and they never cheated or shaved me. One year I was very ill and I could not receive their checks. The year after I simply wrote them and they did send me all my cash again without hesitation or bla bla! I worked with other where I had to beg every month for my cash or had to show a pumpgun :1orglaugh to get their attention.

Hey! They have wrote me that the problem due to moving kink network to a new platform, and kinky dollars will be moved to a new platform Kinky Dollars as well. So the traffic currently allocating among two platforms, and it brings such problems, i don't know when they will complete this issue but it lasts for about 4 months already. Let me know if you have more information.

Who knows what are the signups for 1.59 in beta?

They have a bug with some payouts. Your $1.59 should be $159, they put the decimal to 2 spots to the left. You should email them. Allot of people have this problem.

I think they should be aware of this issue if this bug concerns the whole system.

Also I'm curious now that you're working for Kink does that mean you guys have the resources to address broken affiliate links dating from the migration to the new platform? I put in a bunch of tickets about them and other issues stemming from the migration in early September but nobody responded and when I pressed Carla about them she said there just weren't sufficient resources available to fix the broken links or even to talk to me about when they might be fixed. It was a very disappointing response and the links are still broken and my questions about the migration not answered. Hoping your presence here on the board indicates that the resource crunch she cited as her reason might have relaxed?

Well the wrong commission values are still not fixed. ($0.17 instead of $17, etc).

Maybe that's why the payments are delayed - just guessing.

We were fixing two issues prior to sending out payments for November which have subsequently been fixed, we had planned to send them out on the 5th. However our accounting woman has been ill literally for a week and is the only one that can process these payments.

Yes, I know this isn't the best system, we're working on a failsafe so this doesn't happen again of course. That being said, I've heard word that come hell or high water payments will go out tomorrow both electronic and physical checks.

The VR product was given away for free to test, gauge interest, and work out the kinks. We will be sending out news on actual VR products very soon, trust me, we didn't miss the train out of the station haha.

We sell a unique product and it comes with it's on challenge to keep the VR both on brand and in line with the fetish aspects our users expect. Keep your eyes peeled.
