Paxum and ACh

I am trying to load my Paxum account via ACH as there are no charges. For some reason my bank account is no longer linked to my Paxum acct. I have heard they are having problems? Can I get the cliffs? :helpme

The Duck 03-17-2015 07:31 AM

I cannot help you but I have not heard about any problems. Do provide sources if you make these claims please. We all remember epass.

arock10 03-17-2015 07:36 AM

it has been down since the start of feb at least. You dont see a bank account because the ability to add by ETF/ACH has been disabled

Great, is there a free way to fund the account now?

Holy shit, what the fuck? I just checked my Paxum account and you're right, I see that withdraw to Bank is still available so that at least works I hope?

Ugh I wish more of the programs I use would pay out via Paypal...the ones that do rock and I love receiving my payouts through Paypal.

$45 wire fee + your bank's wire fee. Most likely international since its either to romania or panama (sorry, I forget), ends up being $90-95 a wire for me

certainly more then the previous $5 per $500 unless you do $10k loads at a time

it is just loading via bank account, withdraw still seems to work

paypal still isn't too adult friendly, maybe this will change on a broader scale now that epoch is allowed to use them

FreeHugeMovies 03-17-2015 09:10 AM

ACH is an option for me, but all of my previous data is missing. WTF

Major (Tom) 03-17-2015 09:14 AM

Slightly off topic but we've signed up for paxum because on their site it says you can front load with PayPal or Amex. We sign up, that's not the case. So it's frickin useless to me. You'd think a legit operation would have their site updated with important data like that

Unfortunately Add Funds by ACH is currently unavailable.

Withdraw funds by ACH/EFT is still functioning normally though.

The best way to add funds to your Paxum account is through wire at the moment.

Another option for anyone that processes through Epoch or Segpay is to receive those processing payouts directly to your Paxum account. Just talk to your billing rep at either company to get this set up.

If you need any assistance with adding funds to your Paxum account, please don't hesitate to get in touch to see what we can do to help you.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Duke,
We have never provided the option to add funds by Paypal. Can you please point me in the direction of where you found that on the Paxum website so that we can have that fixed? I could not locate it myself.

We should have Add Funds by External Credit Card reinstated very soon, and hopefully we will be able to accept Amex at that time. Previously we could only accept Mastercard or Visa credit cards for the Add Funds by External Credit Card feature.

Please let me know if I can assist you in any way with this.
Thanks,
Ruth :)

I'm sorry, I cannot give you an exact date.

I can assure you that our Operations Manager is actively working on this issue, and we will have Add Funds by ACH back up as soon as we possibly can.

So while you are having problems with ACH are you removing your CC fees to load up our accounts?

If you have added funds to your account using ACH in the past, please email me with your account username (email) and I will arrange a free Add Funds by Wire coupon for your account. :)

shiraz9944 03-18-2015 12:47 AM

you guys have been saying add funds via credit card for like 4 months now, can we get an exact date you will have this up and running again? having only ONE method to load is crazy and the CC option is very useful

I'm pretty sure the bank charges me 25 dollars to wire? That's not an option.

So, I can't load my account with CC as well?

So you have an onine payment system and there is no way to fund our accounts via ACH and CC? How wonderful.

Today's email from Epoch....

We've learned that Paxum, the service you use to receive your payments, has changed their banking arrangements. Unfortunately we are unable to send payments to their new provider. This means that at this time (at least until they obtain a more acceptable solution, which we hope that they do) Epoch cannot pay out to you via Paxum. This situation is outside of our control. We sincerely wish it was otherwise and payouts continued normally.

We are working closely with Epoch to resolve this bank situation as quickly as possible.
This problem should be fixed very soon. :thumbsup

It's getting better ARock. And you have the ability to dispute tangible goods easily, decent buyer protection, resolution processes, full merchant services, etc. Paypal can be used fairly reliably, I think, as an affiliate payment solution.

Certainly we've given preference to sponsors who offer PayPal as a payout option over those that do not (in lieu of ACH/direct deposit options).

Arnox 03-25-2015 10:51 PM

Paxum took a week to bounce my wire transfer because of their bank transition, but I got a free coupon code, so that was nice.

moviebiz 03-25-2015 11:38 PM

I hope in resolving Paxum-Epoch situation very soon. Just got same email as [TeSiL] regarding epoch no longer pay us via paxum.

nyllover 03-26-2015 01:14 AM

Let us know when you solve the issue with Epoch....in the meanwhile we had to switch back to wire transfer and leave our paxum account pretty unused.

cwd 04-01-2015 07:55 AM

Hey paxum, any news on the issue you have with your bank and Epoch?

moviebiz 04-02-2015 11:39 AM

FreeHugeMovies 04-30-2015 07:33 AM

FreeHugeMovies 07-13-2015 12:17 PM

Are they still in business?

Fat Panda 07-13-2015 12:44 PM

paging paxum

RuthB 07-13-2015 12:53 PM

Paxum is definitely still in business.

Unfortunately we don't have Add funds by ACH back in place yet, but withdraw funds by ACH and EFT is still available.

As soon as we have a new solution in place for Add funds by ACH we will inform our clients. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

shiraz9944 07-13-2015 10:00 PM

I signed up for an account last week and couldn't find the link to add funds with a credit card. Thought, I was going crazy when I couldn't find the link :disgust

Anybody know if this features back?
