DateProfits Refusing Payout of over $7,000

DateProfits Refusing Payout of over $7,000
Hello All

I would like to raise an issue here with regards to a colleague of mine not receiving his payout from DateProfits.

I will be unbiased as i agree with both sides.

As i am sure many of you are aware date-profits no longer accepts email ( i myself applied for an account and it was refused, even though there is still an option where you join to tick optin email)

My colleague had sent over 6 months of email traffic , generating a good 30,000 USD, (so quite a good amount of revenue for the company)

Last week his account had become disabled.

If he was informed they we're no longer accepting email he certainly would not have kept sending it.

With regards to mail Dateprofits have very strict rules, emails must be sent via there API.

Unfortunately this was not the case and he was directly mailing there links, they blocked his account because of some Spam complaints and because of the risk it posed to there inbox delivery (all under-stable)

The issue i have here is that if it we're to be mandatory that the email leads should be sent via API then they should have ensure in there welcome letter that this is the case ,a s i understand it they did not.

I had spoken several times with Jay, and Andy with regards to this issue, they currently owe him

We can not pay you. You sent spam and nearly got our domain blocked. You were clearly told email only sent via our API, and Mail had to be can spam compliant. You did neither.

Considering my friend had generated them over 30,000 i find this reply quite harsh especially when he had pleaded with them several times as the funds are in fact for his wedding.

If there we're to be some breach for there policy on member are traffic etc and they refuse to come to any type of amicable settlement, i would be quite worried to send traffic there.

I hope we can gain some support for the release of his payment for his wedding!

I agree he was wrong in his actions but i also agree that to simply not pay him a $0 of over $7000 is morally quite wrong, please let me know what you think.

This guy was using these funds for the most important day of his life (something we had repeatedly told date profits, i find this kid of cruel for them not to even come to a small settlement offer with him)

Let em know what you guys think, it just seem very cruel to me given the circumstances of the most important day of his life .

I hope we can find a way for them to release this.

1. Your join date is this month. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Yes sometimes good people just join for the first time but more often than not it doesn't work like that.

2. While I think it is kind of scummy for them to accept the traffic and revenue and then six months later refuse to pay, the main question I have is whether or not this was in the TOS the whole time or not. If you are doing significant volume you must read the entire TOS.

So I'm kind of "meh" about the whole thing so far. <shrug> Sorry about your friend's luck though.

im always the eternal optimist

so he now has no money for a wedding so this will save him a lot more than 7k down the road as his slut wife wont get half of everyrhing when she divorce him for his best friend with a bigger cock.

As I see it date profits did him a favor.

Did he delete the list or something? Charge it to the game and spam a different offer.... try to stay compliant and you won't have this problem again

SmutHammer 03-17-2015 10:41 AM

Not sure why his wedding keeps being brought up. I don't think that makes any difference to the situation at all. This is business and a wedding is personal. It's usually better to keep those two things separate.

Juicy D. Links 03-17-2015 10:44 AM

r u black?

BeDiscreet - do you represent BeDiscreet.com = Fling?

BeDiscreet 03-17-2015 01:13 PM

Thanks for your responses guys, no word so far, lets see if anything happens.

I don't feel ti will though, as you have seen i have been unbiased in this thread i had stated we broke there terms , and this is NOT acceptable, but i personally feel it is unacceptable to accept 6 months traffic and refuse to give $ of $7000 for the most important day of someone life, i personally don't care its just the principle!

I hope i can post that the guys came to some type of settlement, however i find it unlikely

BeDiscreet 03-17-2015 01:20 PM

''We will no longer speak with you,

You crossed the line by threatening a Ddos and then posting silly things on forums,

There will be no further correspondence, from myself or Jay

Please let me know if you want to speak with our legal dept and see where you stand with regards to breaking the TOS but i can guarantee you will get the answer

Regards

Andy '''

I'm personally going to end this now, it's wasting my time and the damage to the company speaks far higher volumes than me rambling on in the hope of gaining some settlement.

Dateprofits are a good converting company, but i felt this was out of order and i stick buy it, but now this case is closed, Thanks for your support anyway guys,

I seen a few threads of them scamming I just checked google DateProfits - Dating Affiliate Program Reviews - Affpaying

poncabare 03-17-2015 05:41 PM

why did you wait 6 months to look into your payout then? So hard up for wedding money that you have your account on auto pilot? That makes sense

shiraz9944 03-17-2015 11:21 PM

date profits is one of the best dating programs around......you knowingly broke their rules by mailing the direct links..............what did you think was going to happen? I know.....you were hoping they wouldn't catch you and they did. It happened to continue for so long because you probably didn't get any complaints or many but once they started rolling in after time they caught you. Why would you EVER expect to get paid by a program if you blatantly disregard their rules? I don't understand how you could come on here and even TRY to present this case.

Maintaining good status with ISP's is a dating program's lifeblood. Without the ability for them to mail members and leads, the program is dead. So yeah they take this very seriously.

Also don't use some sort of wedding plea to tug at their hearts, you probably did them some damage with your spam and it probably cost them more than the 7k you claim they owe you.

This is the question I always have. If I didn't get paid when the first pay period was due I would stop sending traffic.

TheSquealer 03-18-2015 05:56 AM

Obvioiuy they didn't catch the fact that the dude was spamming with their domains in the email and I'd guess it came to their attention after a large volley of complaints. No program would allow that and generally speaking, no mailer is that stupid. He put their entire business at risk as well as that of others like me that send them leads.

It's completely fucking retarded to not understand that and moreso to whine about a wedding as if that has any bearing on the situation
