Predator CMS Problem

Wondering if anybody might have the solution to a Predator CMS problem we are having.
In the CMS admin if you try to upload a thumbnail photo it triggers an error.

Any help would be appreciated :thumbsup

try chown user:group directory ,

try setting another dir for thumb uploading
