Looking for a 3rd side service - Payoneer to Paypal
 

Hi y'all,

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I can't open a Paypal account, but I need to make a few transactions to other people's Paypal accounts. I only have a Payoneer account at the moment, and I'm looking for someone who could provide me a service of making a transaction from my Payoneer account to these other Paypal accounts.
I have already tried "Chosen", but he can't help me a lot, so I would definitely would glad to receive some other offers.
