Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If the answers to ALL 3 of these questions are YES you lose.
A complainant in a UDRP proceeding must establish three elements to succeed:
  1. The domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights;
  2. The registrant does not have any rights or legitimate interests in the domain name; and
  3. The domain name has been registered and the domain name is being used in "bad faith".

This is only domain arbitration. Damages, if they can be proven, are a separate issue in the Courts.

so i see, to them have been in last time transferred for example domain mprweb.net, if i go to url, it send me to prweb.com with some affiliate id, if i go to mprweb.com, it is totally different site, but if i go to prweb.net, it redirects me to prweb.com without an affiliate code. so, that prweb.com company have been going after cybersquatter with mprweb.net? oh, man, come the fuck on ... ? :helpme :throwup :upsidedow
