Wow, that's really not good to hear. Every dealing I have had with Bobby in the past was always positive. I've never known him to be anything less than honest and forthright, at least with me. I really hope things get resolved for you.

I warned people many times to stay away from that shady loser :2 cents:

that guy has been a bulshitter for years, but all bros were giving him thumbs up without any idea if he can get any results

People change I guess.

I think the term shady describes him really well up till now.

back in the days when i was still believing in proper SEO companies he also scammed me, he doesnt even try and hide his name as his real name is:

Thanks man, same to you, your guy saying he has email problems sounds a little sketchy but if he gives you what you need to save face then it's all good. In my case I don't want anything from him just my money back at this point.

she's logs in frequently but didn't answer my email, just sent another one

it would be hard to take myjah serious around here if she just ignores this. She might be somebody's wife but she is also an employee and watchkeeper over this forum. At the very least a ban on any scammer would certainly be in place.

Regarding banning scammers - Maximoi, please post your actual correspondence with him. Skype/ICQ logs, screenshots of texts & emails. I agree scammers have no place on GFY.

HOWEVER - do not gossip about me or throw me into this to further your cause. You are way off base.

Hey Myjah, I apologize, based on another thread stating you guys were married for 8 years I assumed it's still the case, my mistake. But I didn't have any intention of it sounding like gossiping about you or anything like that, I was simply pasting here that I contacted you and what info I sent you and that "let's see". I was hopeful actually. Hope it makes sense now.

As for proof, I'm going to hold off pasting it here until I make a final attempt with my CC, but it looks like they're going to be useless, but rest assured I will post the proof here so he does get banned.

If proof is needed i will deliver this to you as well might still have some logs etc.. that i can send you.

Hey all, nope it's not resolved, he simply disappeared no longer on skype or icq. I'm going to contact my CC today.
Anyone have any experience with chargebacks for this type of thing? I've never done a chargeback ever, their policies kind of sound like the same as Paypal last time I heard from them aka useless. Need all the tips I can get to get my money back.

Hope you get your chargeback with your CC. It might be a long process but hopefully they will successfully reverse the charge for you. When your CC sends you the "dispute chargeback form", make sure you print out all emails/icq conversations with your scammer. Even information that is small may make a difference with your chargeback. Paypal is the shit when it comes to anything resembling a chargeback. They prefer to side with the Scammer than to side with the person who got scammed. Same with Capital One. Hope that's not your CC company. Capital One is notoriously the worst company to try to do a chargeback. They are shady, plain and simple. They have been caught on more than one occasion where they will say you lost the chargeback but they also collect the chargeback money from the person who scammed you. So essentially they become the "scammer" because the scammer thinks Capital One sided with you when Capital One tells them that you won the chargeback but they also tell you that you lost the chargeback and Capital One keeps the chargeback money. :mad::mad: When they got caught, Capital One claimed it was a clerical mistake. Yeah right!!
