Kind of odd, Fixed mobile issues like Google asked and suffered
 

I was ranking well for one of my sites for over a year on certain key words. Got the message from Google telling me I had mobile issues. I added viewport in the head section, and set my font to % from px. And a couple of weeks later, boom, Lost my nice ranking.

Maybe my thin/static content just caught up with me at the right time.

At least, I see my mini-whale can still find my site. So that is good.

What date exactly did you lose your rankings, there was a big algo update on the 18th?

I saw algo changes today on a couple of my sites ;)

On the 6th, Pretty close. It was an exact match domain, With little content that linked to a cname subdomain white label. Guess it was just a matter of time before they burned me.

Google's mobile update doesn't happen until around April 26th, there was a decent sized update about a week back though.
