Hello,
I have profitable Forex Expert Advisor for sale.
Back-tests and forward-tests bring the same results.
It's not a scalper. It doesn't depend on your server latency.
Transactions are maintained for a time longer than 5 minutes.

Results for all brokers should be the same.
Programmed in MQL4, but it can be easily converted to any other programming language to work with your software / API.

I've programmed it myself for last year and i'm expecting significant amount of money for it.
To maintain the results, you need to have atleast 1:100 leverage in your account.
I optimize only one parameter, but optimization done for period from October to December 2014 bring good results to this day, so you don't need to make any changes to the parameters. Of course if you have inhouse programmers, they can optimize and enhance the code.

Here are some back-test results ($50,000 account, if you don't want that level of risk you can decrease lot size to earn less and decrease drawdown, but it only reached that level of drawdown once in a 3 years back-test).
