Best remote control software
 

If you want to take control over someones computer remotely for tech support, what is the best remote login software that can be installed on the fly? I remember using MS NetMeeting years ago but i guess that one is not around anymore. Lets say they cant use VPN what do you use?

Teamviewer have a promgram file that the client can just run, without even installing it. It gives you a teamviewer id that you enter on your side and a short password. Then you are good to go.
