hostgator, no reply to ticket for 6 days
just a heads up, do not host with them, they got to deep shit, tech ticket 6 days old, no answer, tried two days ago their billing dept if they can help, no answer also, fucking amateurs :2 cents: slowest ticket response from all my hostings so far ... :2 cents:

I briefly had them and they were the worst. I just went to OVH and did my own server there. Licensing from Cpanel and server together is $140.00 a month. But, it is self managed.

I used them many years ago. Support was good then but shit crashed all the time so got tired of emailing them all the time hey shit's down and getting the standard "a user overloaded the server we booted him"
I pay more now but being able to sleep at night and consistently running 100% uptime month after month for many years is worth the extra cost. :2 cents: |

I have seen nothing but a bunch of Host Gator ads all over the internet after searching for hosting and ultimately deciding to go with M3. Can somebody please do me a favor and submit a ticket explaining that I've already decided to host elsewhere? Thanks in advance!

thanks for all the replies. i never had problems with them also, but now, if they cannot answer for i think it is seven days already, at least write that all will be solved later, just, nothing, that is really very sad and will be not supporting them anymore ... :2 cents:
