I don't think this news has been posted or I missed it.

Looks like they're choosing to target the little guys and not the HUGE sites who've been using their content for years.

Who owns/manages MET ART again? I forget.

Aside from Spankbang, I have never heard of a single site they have listed.

people just dont get it. its not the sites that are the pirates! its the users! thats the problem with public uploads. they parasite the hell out of you.

Most of them appear to be "new". I just got nosey and Alexa'd them like above - I'd only heard of SpankBang also personally.

It's down for me too.

Pornvideoxo.com stole some of my videos before. It took them weeks to reply to DMCA's. They're not far from my blacklist of site I'm unable to takedown.

Users? Most of them don't allow uploads by users. They're direct pirates themselves.

Large tubes often do licensing deals and many pair the videos with links or banners to funnel sales. Which is irony at its best.

I notice the total absence of our local anti-piracy hero in that article. No way can that be right!

They pull the videos from other tube/s and use their own player, not hosting anything.I wonder how will they sue someone that is not even hosting the content.

Sometimes thats correct. But we have actually traced a number of them back to the board owners.

They host thumbs on their CDN cdn.pornvideoxo.com which they display on their site. That's hosting content and you can be sued for a single image.

Their DMCA page doesn't provide a valid email or physical address to write to. Their whois is hidden. It'll surely not be seen as a positive thing regarding fulfilling DMCA requests appropriately.
