Help with international contractor data
 

I need to hire a few international folks:

Does anyone have a good source of real compensation data for English speakers, contractor practices, good work culture, etc?

I've done some searches but I need real data. I'm looking for full time or half time folks who can speak 4 out of 5 english.

Has anyone had good experiences with a country to which they are not native?

It would be useful if you can give us a few details about the work that need to be done. What you are looking for, IT, call center?

More educated than call center, as in able to contribute in a meaningful way to the marketing and engagement of the constituency on their continent. Like, post collegiate type thing. Or just smart person with a pleasant personality.

Some IT is always nice, but not a requirement.
