We are looking for a DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION if you know someone please share. Position is in Montreal, looking for someone experienced in Adult (position is full-time).

Individual will be working with internal brands and with partner/content producers.

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Production to join the content production team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have experience in Adult production and producing films. Experience managing A-Z multiple production schedules and brands is highly desired. This position reports to the Head of Productions for the company and into an office which is located in beautiful Saint Laurent - one of the coolest offices in Montreal. The location is also home to over 190+ employees who live and breathe adult entertainment!

Job Duties

- Oversee daily operations and management of creative team to fulfill production plans, content delivery, scheduling, quality assurance, and compliance with strategies and brand guidelines
- Manage allocated budget, invoices, and financial reporting for various production projects
-Ensure and maintain adequate inventory of banked content for each product in our portfolio;
- Collaborate with Product Teams to define creative requirements and timelines for new product launches and content marketing campaigns
- Work with producers providing constructive feedback to the them and the creative teams on an ongoing basis.[/LIST

Qualifications

- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or relevant field;
- 5 years of experience in production / project management
- Experience in defining and managing project roadmaps, in collaboration with other team
- Managing multiple budgets and identifying areas for cost optimization
- Managing multiple portfolios at once, each with their own dedicated staff and strategies
- Strong knowledge of production and post-production equipment and processes
- Must have experience working in a film production environment, adult content preferred.
