So let's get this straight. The guy is playing a video game, the 3 year old comes in, the guy gets all hot and bothered at seeing her, and covers her mouth and rapes her. But stops immediately "because he knew that was wrong"? So the guy gets a free pass? Sorry, but the judge got this one wrong. The guy is a predator. Any guy who gets sexually turned on by seeing a 3 year old needs put away for a very long time.
