Paypal - change in terms?

I noticed today that a program that I have been promoting for about a decade recently added paypal as payment option.
The guys behind the program are legit. Never had any problems with payouts.

I wrote Paypal about adding a payment option to my website not too long ago and they said I would not be allowed to add it.

Has there been a change in Paypal's terms recently?

EDIT: Seems to be related to Epoch. An interesting development.

Epoch partnered with Paypal to offer them as a payment option,

but for all your credit card needs think Orbital Pay ;)

I agree, but do NOT spook PP too much :2 cents:

I am actually quite surprised why somebody from Epoch is NOT policing these discussions.....??? Maybe they think that they are as safe with PP as the police chief in Ferusson felt with his city council :)

You've heard wrong I think. :2 cents: that was only testing in 2014.
