I reluctantly watched the first one (to see what the fuss was about), didn't know there was a second. And I'll skip watching the third.

I'll spend my allowance at Avengers and Mad Max, thanks.

While the first film was an interesting premise, admittedly it was not that good. However, the second one took things to new heights of depravity. I highly recommend it. Make sure you watch the uncensored version, which includes the bonus footage of a naked pregnant women escaping from the lunatic, only to give birth and shit her baby out under the front seat of the car she is escaping in, which is then smashed to death under her foot as she maniacally stomps on the gas pedal to escape. Good stuff.

The First Human Centipede movie was very "classic horror". 2 Girls lost in the woods, stumble upon a house with a crazy doctor in it. It was an ok movie but not very remarkable. Not much gore, not much horror, just a sick idea.

Human Centipede 2 on the other hand, Holy fucking shit was it ever good. I can't get over what a good movie it was.

First, I hate "torture porn". Eli Roth's "Hostel" for example was terrible. It was torture for torture's sake, violent for no reason either, and a crappy movie overall.

Human Centipede 2 was great because first the main actor was brilliant. It was scary and creepy and ugly and unashamed. His relationship with his mother and his doctor are disturbing, but you have to listen carefully and pay really close attention to know just how disturbing. The lady who plays his Mom is also great.

The movie is shown in black and white which makes it even better. According to IMDB, it was shot in color but switched to black and white during post production because the director, Tom Six, saw a scene of his movie by accident and B&W and decided the whole movie should be that way. Great choice. Great freakin' choice.

Of course there is a crazy amount of extremely disturbing scenes and I actually had to stop watching it the first time I saw it because 1 scene just ... just.. wow. And now even though I've seen the movie several times, I still have to look away.

There is a great "behind the scenes" featurette about HC2 on Youtube, but I encourage you to watch it only after you have seen the movie. It will help settle your nerves. :)

Anyway, HC3 looks pretty awesome and I will definitely watch it.

He reminds me of Peter Lorre with an eating disorder. Sick film. Tom Six is not someone I would have baby sit the kids though.

I will not watch this

Believe it or not, watching this movie made me have a new appreciation for the art of film making.

After I was able to get through it the first time, I thought about how I felt. I cringed at the gross parts, got scared at the scary parts, laughed at the funny parts, dropped my jaw at jaw-dropping parts, and genuinely turned away at one part, but always while thoroughly enjoying the movie.

Then I wanted a featurette called "The warehouse" about the movie where you see all the actors and makeup artists and technicians doing their jobs, working on their art, and discussing ways to improve that art.

And then I got it. These artists worked together to generate all of the feelings and emotions in me, and they all got it exactly right.

Of course it will never win any awards, but if watching this movie freaks you out, the artist have done their jobs well.

Anyone know how he got the idea for these films? I do and it's an awesome story :)

The idea started very simply; I saw a child molester on television, I was with friends and they said ‘they should stitch his mouth to the ass of a fat truck driver as a punishment’ I thought; that is a good punishment, and it’s also a very good idea for a film.

So yea he's fucked but his heart is in the right place :)

Part 2 had it's moments but 1 was better. I actually can't wait to see part 3!
