Should he have been shot? Obviously not. Should he have immediately pulled over and complied with the officer so that he would be alive today, instead of running from the police and putting everyone in danger and then running on foot after demonstrating that he's dangerous and has zero concern for the welfare of others or if he places them in harms way? I think so.
