hey guys! i read the law and it means to ban all the porno at anysites.RU . nothing about blocking another domains. so i wouldn't be worried about it at all.

so are homes viewing porn or is it the servers in russa targeted only..

Not servers, but national domain zone. Actually porn was always formally forbidden at .RU, in the same way as it's forbidden at .NU and many other national TLD's :2 cents:

P.S. They do the same towards the piracy/warez sites too. A ton of them already lost their domains.

torrents.ru/porn now pornolab.net (piracy/porn/full site-rips)
