Tumbler, Facebook and Big Cartel can go fuck themselves LLC
 

Some teenager used our mainstream corporate name we have has since 2006 (Sole proprietorship since 2001) and Tumbler, Facebook and Big Cartel LLC (a Private label T-shirt Store) have been giving me such heartache and grief to remove inactive pages, blogs and stores with our name all over them.

One of the pages clearly shows a young teen smoking a blunt on video and talking about it. Certainly damaging to our brand.

I am tired of filling out forms etc. Never expected that once I had a cooperation name that has been actively used for so long that I needed to get a formal trademark to appease Tumbler, Facebook and Big Cartel LLC in order for them to police their site.

Has anyone else gone through this?

Alternatively.... make him promote your brand. Though not sure if a doper goes well with your product / service.
