Whats up with the UFOs?
Hi!
So with all the HD mobile phone cameras and whistleblowers there should be daily evidence or whats the case? |
the case that there are no UFOs thus no evidence?
Sounds pretty simple. |
Valid point. We capture nearly everything on video these days - everyone always has a video camera on them - and you would think there would be a huge increase in UFO videos.... Yet there isn't.
What's up with that? |

Start watching the History Channels "UFO Hunters". Plenty on there. Having said that...I'm of the belief that people are seeing secret military craft. Which is why the govt. tries to discredit any sitings. |
Must like like God, UFOs exist only in the mind of schizophrenics and not in the sky.

What's "up", is that there are no true flying saucers. There are no aliens visiting us, there was no space ship that crashed in Roswell, nothing at all. Quote:

I do enjoy watching "Ancient Aliens" though. Not necessarily for the theories, but to see some really cool ancient temples and artifacts. Especially some of the huge ancient temples and pyramids in South America and Asia |

Btw I watched a few episodes of X-Files therefore I made the thread :)

Ancient Aliens fills in a lot of gaps in recorded history. Archeologists must hate that show. LOL I love it tho.
Hanger One is awesome, too (new season just started and is fucking awesome). |

UFO Hunters or whatever is media too, by the way. But to this govt. stuff; there isn't that much about the UFOs outside US neither. In case you have no access to information about/ from the rest of the world, so now you know. |
There is hundreds of daily signing's, I assume most of them or damn near all, are drones, planes, test planes or ships, or a natural phenomenon . That being said, there are a few instance, like that Chinese flight where the hole plane saw a space ship the size of 6 football fields, but who knows.

Do you have source for that? http://www.joblo.com/newsimages1/ID4UnPop1.jpg Hey, I think that I see something at the sky!? :) |

you have to keep them from taking your camera. :1orglaugh |
Ok. I'll admit I'm a SCiFi fan... so I like the whole UFO idea. Yet I'm also a skeptic... so not convinced. But to return to the original question, and also in my "sceptic mode" ;-) : Let's face it, even if there was a real sighting of an UFO, the wobbly, out-of-focus, amateur shot or recording would not convince us with the whole gamut of quasi- documentary fiction, and our subconscious so used to Hollywood production standards, that I'd almost assert a REAL extraterrestrial could be walking down the street and most people would only real their eyes assuming another juvenile on his way to a cosplay event.
|
Has anyone ever tried to capture even a plane at night on a camera in the city?
Well I have and its fucking tough. Same with the other. Using a dedicated higher end consumer hd cam. Couldn't pull focus on the lights due to pollution. In short, it ain't easy. |

The visual spectrum is out of the range of the camera? The visual spectrum is out of the range of the Human eye? |
You have got a good point: Where are the daily new user taken UFO vids uploaded to YouTube?
Maybe, the aliens are cloaking their spacecraft now? |

Not saying that it's "real". I'm just saying that your attempt to sound "superior" to me was ridiculous. https://www.google.com/search?q=japa...utf-8&oe=utf-8 https://www.google.com/search?q=Euro...utf-8&oe=utf-8 https://www.google.com/search?q=Russ...utf-8&oe=utf-8 https://www.google.com/search?q=engl...utf-8&oe=utf-8 |
Yeah, now that everyone has an HD camera and video with them ... suddenly we have next to no Bigfoot sightings, no ufo sightings, no ghosts etc.
The Soviet Union once officially allowed journalists to report on UFOs and had to shut that down quickly as journalists across the country began reporting and describing in detail "UFO sightings" which were almost always weapons/flight/missile tests. |

My point you didn't like about; was that there are shit loads of governments, countries, people, etc. around the world. So, unless you claim that all governments are in this "making UFO sighting people to look like crazy", etc., it is not that good argument. So, in over-simplified; my point was, that even if your country is similar to North-Korea or something like that, not all countries are. |

I'm just saying that I enjoy watching the UFO shows on history channel because they are entertaining. And you are wrong about other govt.'s and UFO's: Britain releases new UFO files - CNN.com Disclosure Australia Project 2005 ARCHIVED - Introduction - Canada's UFOs: The Search for the Unknown - Library and Archives Canada UFO Disclosure, German Court Asked to Disclose Secret ET, Alien and UFO Files | Educating Humanity I can just keep right on listing links to countries...but just use Google for yourself. Again, I'm not saying I "believe" any of it. I'm just pointing out that you are trying to insinuate that it's just a stupid "redneck" American thing. It's not. Some of the biggest UFO sightings in the world have happened in other countries. And yes they scrambled their military planes to try to intercept many of them too. That's all freely public info so just google it if you think I'm lying. And doesn't the fact that you automatically thought that it was all fairy tales without even checking on what has happened worldwide...sort of proof of how well the govt.'s of the world have discredited the whole thing? |

Lets get this even more simple: some UFO hiding would require worldwide efforts from governments and all sorts of entities. My second point was that there is not that much about UFOs worldwide, in the news I mean. So, the conclusion is pretty much that there either is succesful worldwide joint effort to hide UFOs, or there is not that much to make news about. You know, as merely UFO is not a news. "We saw something we didn't identify. Call the press!" My point was no way that just some American rednecks make UFO sightings. |

Some people sure are funny. They don't consider that there are more UFO programs on in 2015 than ever in the past. They don't seem to know that UFO is one of the most consistently searched high volume terms on the internet since it's inception, and they also don't seem to know that even Bigfoot programs are on the rise today compared to yesterday.
I'm not saying you guys are real, I'm just saying you're not really too observant. Shit, I'm just a casual Sunday afternoon observer and I sound like a MUFON expert in here. |
I love listening to crazy people, I listen to Coast2Coast radio most nights in bed, no idea why I feel so good listening to nutbags, but I do. Some of these people aren't really crazy, they're just childlike in their need to believe in monsters and aliens, others are complete hucksters knowing there are millions who will buy books and videos.
Look up 'Project Pegasus Andrew Basiago', he's a lawyer from Washington state, he fascinates me, I can't decide if he's flat out nuts or just a con man. |

I give credit to people who say they're not going to use their time wondering about something that will probably never touch them or their families. But an out of hand denier who has not even trivial knowledge but all of the answers just doesn't bring anything to the table.
It would be like having a person who hates photographs and hates naked girls being named a judge in a nude photography contest. Does their opinion even get traction? Well, not a big deal. I'm a skeptic but I won't close the door on the unknown because one thing I'm certain of is that we don't know everything that is knowable. There are a select few odd stories out there that include police, military and pilot witnesses that are just very hard to understand. I'm also entertained well by the impossible to solve topic. |

I would say that seeing how most govt.'s keep all the UFO data as classified for decades...and then only release it in redacted form (lots of stuff blanked out) only leads to more speculation on people's parts. I can't blame people for questioning it. If there's one thing I've learned about history: Govt.'s are always lying to the citizens about something. :( There are also a couple of cases I saw on History Channel that documented both Pres. Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan seeing UFO's earlier in their lives. Here's the Carter incident: Jimmy Carter UFO incident - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Here's the Reagan one: Ronald Reagan's UFO Sightings | Presidential UFO Not sure if any of it means anything. I still think it's all secret military planes. |

Aviation makes quite much UFO sightings; so if governments want to hide something, it is quite extensive job. For example German airline, Italian crew, plane leased from Switzerland, pilot is from Belgium, co-pilot from Germany; they make UFO sighting over France and report it to French air control. Who hides and what and from who? |
