Windows 8.1 Help Needed
 
I just bought a PC and I have had nothing but problems. I get this Error EVERYTIME I visit a secure page

I tried changing my date and time settings and NOTHING has fixed this problem yet!

set the correct time and timezone in your newly bought windows machine.

else

try setting date and time in BIOS.

else

look online for other issues.

go have your pc fixed by someone that knows what they are doing this is a time error your clock is wrong on your pc.

I did both of those and tried everything and even looked into my bios and still nothing!

try changing the CMOS battery

else

check the CMOS reset jumper, if its on reset position it will keep resetting bios on every boot.

or i guess, some thing else is the issue.

personally i would wipe the disk and install win 7
