Da PoPo didn do nuttn.. Horse thief awarded $650k

The guy whom got beat half to death a week or so ago by the Cali Sheriff's dept just got a pay day.. $650k of the tax payers money, because the Police beat the shit out of the guy right in front of a news chopper camera crew..

California county to pay $650,000 to Jared Pusok, horse pursuit suspect beaten by deputies on video - CBS News

So the guy gets $650k and all 10 of the corrupt cops get to keep their jobs. Looks like everybody wins! Well except the poor suckers paying the taxes in that county. They are still on "paid vacation" of course, but the county PD wont be pressing any charges..

The officers are still under Federal investigation but as far as the county Sheriff's office is concerned thay didn do nuttn that $650 thousand couldn't fix..

Pretty damned fast settlement.

Sheriffs are elected. We'll find out how upset the taxpayers are soon enough.

Danny DeVito held the pen as he 'signed' the lawsuit agreement.

The sheriff could have held out until a jury awarded a $5 million settlement.

:warning

Seems like the Sheriff's office got off cheap.

And he will manage to spend it all, be broke and get arrested for identity fraud within 2 years of this settlement :2 cents:

He wouldn't spend so much if you didn't charge so much to take it up the ass.

How did you arrive at these conclusions?

MPGdevil 04-21-2015 11:15 PM

Make each cop pay $65,000. Tax payers happy and cops get a lesson.
