First came bait cars...now we need bait TVs
Electronics manufacturers should introduce a 'bait TV' - a model that can be de-activated remotely from the factory after it's been looted during a riot.
I'm sure the technology wouldn't be too difficult to come up with. Add an internal GPS tracking chip somewhere inside the chassis, too. Sporatically distribute them to riot-prone neighborhoods. |
