Prepaid Reloadable Debit card in USA
Looking to get a reloadable debit card but it seems like many of those I tried require submitting SSN.
May be there are offers that skip that part? Can you share? *i tried epassporte too! |
Say your from Mexico and put your epassporte number :)

Cards from issuing banks may only be available to US persons now.
AML and US Patriot act. |
netspend is FDIC insured with savings account and has a very high limit 15k on the card and 5k on the savings to get the 5% interest but you can keep as much as the FDIC limit allows...........great service and good bank.

Not possible unless you're a US resident or are physically present in the US
|
you can ACH in and out of netspend, it is the best thing next to a REAL bank checking account. Actually metabank is a real bank and they are insured. You can make virtual card numbers for use online, then cancel them so you are secure. Get more cards for your friends or spouse and also instantly xfer money to other netspend users via a code you have. The only thing you can't do is wire.
