Verbal abuse banned in the UK porn
I guess, this is no longer news.
But the term "verbal abuse" itself is very vague. Does it mean, that if an actor calls an actress "dirty slut" while fucking her will automatically make that porn illegal in the UK? |
Isn't only abuse if you use it in an abusive way? That doesn't sound like abuse to me, just good old fun!
|
So that means no more sites like Facial Abuse/Ghetto Gaggers?

I suspect, that the very definition of "verbal abuse" is absent in the UK's law. So, I guess it will all eventually depend on judge's mood :)

No doubt a judge will have to decide which is BS. I'm abused every freaking day by American TV with all of it's gore and blood and violence and dead bodies and examinations of same. It's offensive and obscene in my view. Good old fashioned fun and entertainment in others'.
To me, swearing every other word is offensive and borderline abusive. Abuse of peace, abuse of decency, abuse of civility. But people wouldn't take that seriously because by and large they don't agree. It's a popularity contest and you won't know you've lost until you lose. Good luck. |
Looks like Family Guy were prophets of the future once again!
