Black Garlic comes from Korea, they love that stuff, it's regular garlic that has been fermented. If you are into garlic, you should go to Gilroy California for the Garlic Festival. They have Garlic Ice Cream and Elephant Garlic. Garlic Festival Foods - Garlic seasonings and sauces from Gilroy Koreans have a heavy diet of Garlic , ever have Kimchi?

yes on the kimcki and been to Gilmore several times... the fermented garlic has a very unique taste for sure...
