Credit card companies tack on these registration fees, as a requirement in the USA, we process the cards outside of the United States, thus avoiding the registration fees.

If they are in Vegas, I would be more then happy to meet them in person, if they are outside, I would be more then happy to email contracts so they can see exactly what they are getting and they have a choice to not sign if they do not like the terms.

I never got charged one by Wirecard when setting up there either (I'm in EU). I think only like a 25euro setup fee for Amex or something?

The EU high risk reg fee for Matercard is $500 yearly.
