It seems to be a clone site. Nobody in their right mind would open a piracy site in a .co.in domain which provides no whois privacy. Moreover, Indian govt. is quite strict on piracy and a lot of the piracy sites are blocked by major ISPs in India. Somebody is probably trying to make some quick buck here.
