Can you change the thumbnails on your Xvideos submissions?

I dont get a lot of views on my videos there because the auto generated thumbnail is so bad.
Is there any way to change the thumnbnail on the videos i posted there? I cant find it.

you can change it if you are in partnership program with them. BUT! even in this case they give you to choose between 4 automatic generated 3:4 cut thumbs.

Plus there is a time limit. If you do not change the thumbs within however long then you cannot change them.
