You can submit notices through those sites (there is a shitty DMCA form), or you can reach the owner via his personal e-mail address: fernandonetbiz[at]gmail.com. The host will also be sure to reach out to him: abuse[at]voxility.com.

How about big tubes like pornhub. Which are the easiest (and hardest) to cooperate with?
