I was asking a serious question. But i think what u mean by "chatters" is affiliate marketers. People always have different meanings when i talk to them.

This is accurate but for cam sites mostly they join omegle, chatroulette, kik with fake girl pics/videos, claim to give a free show on the site they advertise (which is not the case, so users may write to the site, upset, that they been fooled).

...and chargeback too.

Definitely not the way to get new customers.
