[URGENT] False DMCA from Degban - Need help from Brazzers/JuggCash
Hello guys,
Maybe someone can help me... I'm the owner of bestlistofporn.com and agldp.com I received a few DMCA and I don't understand why... Its about a website that is in brazzers network: bigwetbutts.com Complain URL: https://www.chillingeffects.org/notices/10740705 Search for "bestlistofporn.com" (complain #40) And https://www.chillingeffects.org/notices/10744429 Search for "agldp.com" (complain #24) And https://www.chillingeffects.org/notices/10765585 Search for "it.bestlistofporn.com" (complain #24) All this complains is about image/video from bigwetbutts.com, but the only thing that I have in my website is their url (affiliate link) giving from juggcash/ brazzers.com network where this site belongs. I don't have (and never had) any pirate movie in any of my websites, that's why I don't understand whats happening... and now all my sites was removed from google search results and all my work lost without any reason! I have 100% sure that this was a mistake/error. My website is 100% legal and don't have any videos or images there. Help me solve this problem with google to see my websites back... Please check my website and you know that I'm telling the truth. All URLS in the complains above of other websites (not mine) are mostly forums and blogs with illegal download links, my website don't belong to that kind of content... Can please someone help me? Does anyone know anyone on Degban.com? Someone told me to contact Ella. Does anyone have her contact? I contact google about this issue and they replied me this: Quote:

EN1GMA, just curious.... are you linking to any of the sites listed on those DMCA's? A quick look at the chilling effects links shows a solid assortment of sites who do nothing else but jack people's content, site rips, etc. Perhaps that's the connection, you just got caught in the blast from a Shotgun Approach?

robwod, I was checking this now and yes, it seems that one or two sites is in my list, but only that... could be the problem? There is lots of sites like mine (tblop) and they didnt had this issue... |
