Affiliate Program's (Applying Outside of USA)
 

Hey guys,

webmaster here for Fapbank. So far I have advertisements setup with groups like Juicyads, and it's been going well. I want to go further into the Affiliate Programs, however, as someone located outside of the states I have hit a brick wall for a few things:

• Foreign Tax ID - Should I register myself as a business? And provide the tax ID for the country I'm located within?
  
• Payment By Wire (International) - When given the options for bank transfer, check or payment by wire, is wire the best for international, and does everyone create a seperate bank account for this?
  
• Can anyone recommend international friendly affiliates?

Ive never had to give tax info to anyone when signing up

Can you recommend a site with a list of affiliates to start out with? Also, should I use an affiliate program like CCBill at the start?
