Ondrej is Great guy, we are affiliates from more or less the beginning, and ALL the payments are on time, like clockwork. One of our favorite programs. Send them traffic, you won't ever regret it.
Just checked the alltime stats. Most of the traffic was TGP traffic. Stats are from 22th march 2012 until today: UNQ: 296599 Joins: 213 Ratio: 1: 1354 Rebills: 374 Refunds: 5 Total Income: $8,247.69 |

After ~3 years the time has come to ask if anyone else is having issues?
I have two accounts both with 1000+ USD unpaid balance. Tom@Cezchcash seems to be online on Skype but not responding. Ondrej was last seen here on gfy in late 2017... Ondrej was last seen on icq in late 2016... Can't find him on skype with the ID in his sig [ondrej.czechcash] Anyone has any info about them? :( |

Tom just replied me Skype messages and he is helping me with everything. They indeed need you to invoice them. Ondrej is sick, thus the lack of the replies by him. I was hoping for such a positive outcome, I have no doubts now that I will get paid. :pimp |

it is easy - first what you do is question here on some third party forum not officially ask us. - later after this message you sent email to my mailbox - received on Saturday (not reply yet because I am il and first day online from Monday last week) (also it was Saturday so you wil receive first reply yesterday) - You message Tom and he replied yesterday first working/office day after your question - Don`t using ICQ for long time - Skype - don`t using regularly about 6-7 months but sometime switch it on - and lot of friends send me info about this thread exactly to same username as you mentioned as not existing. not possible to search. - last time seen on gfy - updated as just replying here :-) - Have information from Tom, that he receive today from you reply to his messages and the problem is that you don`t sen invoice. I still have invoice unpaid for periods until 16th February...
Sent new invoice, no confirmation that they received it... Support doesnt answer tickets since weeks.. Guess that they are on long holiday, I know that I will get paid BUT WHEN ??? |

I know Ondrej as a guy who would never engage in fraud. It looks like a staffing issue, poor health, local government problems or something similar. It is good that people are still getting payouts, and I'm sure those whose money is late will get it as well. I hope, whatever the problem is, it will get better and the company will return to the way they were doing in 2015.

Thank you all for your reactions/responds/comments and let me say a few words to you all. We will be more than happy to help you with every single one of your issues, but first we need to know the username you're using with us. It's impossible to identify you from the nickname you're using here. Come out of the dark and step into the light and we'll help you from there. But first I'd like to say that the most common issue is that people do not read the terms and conditions properly, but when wasn't this an issue, right? Please, read it thoroughly, focus on the dates and the small print. (Just kidding, there is no small print. Or is there?) The second most common reason is a mistake in the invoice, so proofread before you send it, it will save us both plenty of time. Also, you don't want to be laughed at by our office workes for typos. (Kidding again, we never laugh.) And be assured, all the emails you send us are being read and answered. Sometimes it may take some time, but even our support people are just people and need a break, a weekend or a holiday, so please be patient. Have a great weekend Ondrej |

45-60 days is not normal in my opinion.
They really should change this to under 30 days if they want affiliates to continue promoting them. |

They are paying. Takes longer than normal, but they do pay. For us it is more about the long term. So long as we do get paid, we send joins.
We have some programs that only offer wires. We set them to $2000 so the fees are minimal to the payments. We push well over 400 different sponsors and I'd say about 50 fall into this category. Some take a year to reach that. No big deal. We have plenty of other programs that pay us $xx,xxx per month or $x,xxx. So always thinking long term. |
