Designer needed for banners and e-mail mailshots
 

I'm looking for a good designer to produce some banners for me. I also need a logo doing and some e-mail templates for mailshots.
Please do NOT apply if you only do one of these things - I'm looking for one designer who can do all of them so if you haven't, for example, done e-mail mailshot designs before please don't get in touch.
