The beauty of traffic buys...

I love it when you buy some traffic and they swear all bots are filtered... blah... blah...

Trust me, folks, nobody wants to read our About Us page or the Contact Page immediately after seeing a wall of porn.

Not going to out anyone... just a friendly neighborhood rant.

Why not out them? If they are scamming people should they not be outed as scammers?

% of total traffic overall is low... Just ranting about their "guarantee" of not having bot traffic. Everyone has the same guarantee and everyone has the same bot traffic that creeps in.

I have noticed that trafficholder for example, the traffic is fucking crap. Its just gotten worse and worse year after year.

Trafficholder is a FANTASTIC service don't get wrong. But they are competing against 1000's of hungry chinese and eastern block hackers who are constantly creating new hit bots and other methods to cheat automatic traffic systems.

I had a little idea.. you could make a landing page that has a captcha form on it - Saying are you sure your human and you want to proceed. So they click on a blind thumb, get sent to a captcha page, if they want to see what they clicked on many will do the captcha.

The CTR will be terrible, but the traffic will be awesome..

Buying and selling traffic is a Chicken Egg situation

As long advertisers except bot traffic or bad traffic no one will take care.
As long publishers get paid for bot traffic or bad traffic they will exist.

Advertisers who know there is bot traffic they will include this this calculation in there Campaign.
Publishers always will find new networks who like to say they have xxxxxxxxxxxxx impressions.

As long advertisers except the ?explanation? from the adnetwork they will continue buying, if there is a different between what they paid and what the earned, or how the sales guy explain a solution for the bad traffic.

Adnetworks will not take care as long there is a different what they paid to publisher and what the earned from advertisers.

Crisis will take care at the moment adnetworks start to see the different gets down but realise they have to remove 60% of there publishers.

Good publishers don?t get any reward to send good traffic because they are calculated based on the big pie.

The good adnetworks canīt find enough publishers and generate a lot of views to show big numbers because the publishers think they are ripped off.

Thank god there are still some damn good adnetworks in the market. For both advertisers and publishers there are some good tools to take care about traffic so everybody has a benefit. Using good tools separate you from the rest.

I'd be wary of ANYONE that *guaranteed* no bots. That's impossible. I know - I've been doing this for 20+years and there's no way you can stop them all.

The good traffic sellers can detect bots after the fact, and then credit advertisers appropriately. We do that at buyfpctraffic.
