This is why Jeb Bush hasn't announced his campaign..

Just like every dirty politician he is busy skating the edges of the law with bad intent. He runs a Super Pac called "Right to Rise" in which he is very busy gathering up as much funding as possible.

He can't legally operate or have anything to do with a Super Pac if he is an announced candidate. It's against campaign finance rules. So he's skating by against the intent of the law pretending he doesn't know if he will run or not while he gets lots of million dollar donations.

Once he's ready to run, he will hand the super pac off to someone else and pretend to have nothing to do with what it does or where it spends all this money he's been busy collecting.

This guy is a bigger shyster than both his dad and his brother rolled into one..

Jeb Bush promises "no coordination" with super PAC if he runs - CBS News

SilentKnight 05-31-2015 02:57 PM

This doesn't surprise me in the least.

dyna mo 05-31-2015 03:11 PM

he didn't invent the super pac and he didn't write the laws for it and he certainly wasn't an SC judge that deemed super PAC laws constitutional.

with the op sort of reasoning, it suggests all future candidates that haven't thrown their hats in the ring are up to nefarious means, on account of you know, they haven't announced their candidacy 17 + months before hand.

suesheboy 05-31-2015 03:23 PM

Jeb is a giant douche.

Present Governor is even worse though.

Rochard 05-31-2015 03:32 PM

Yet they will all tell us to "vote for change" when it's just nothing more than the same exact crap.

Hillary and the Clinton Crime Family Foundation make all the rest look like Sunday School kids.
At what point will you be outraged enough to start a thread on it?

Leave it to you to defend this practice. Jeb's fucking dimwit brother stole the election by bending the rules and ol' Jeb seems on-track to pull some shitty tricks to get elected too, starting with this one. But hey, who cares. Enjoy voting for your boy, Jeb. Hillary will win.

i'm pointing out the Supreme FUcking Court defended the fucking legislation you fucking nitwit. i didn't offer up my fucking opinion on the matter. if jeb bush is breaking a fucking law, i can assure you a fucking nitwit libtard fuckwad canaduhian like yourself would come screaming to gfy like a little fucking girl who can't find her mommy at lego land.

dumbfuck.

dyna mo 05-31-2015 06:06 PM

and here's another fucking thing: there is no such thing as skirting the fucking law. you are not skirting the fucking law when you drive 65mph in a 65 mph zone.

if the fucked up pac laws let him do what he's doing, and some fucking libtard canaduhian doesn't like it, then he should fucking realize it's not the color of the candidate, it's the fucking law. but he's too fucking stupid to do that.

jtfc.

I realize you only think in Liberal vs Conservative mindset, but I don't like Hillary Clinton anymore than I like Jeb Bush. I think both will be bad for the country. However Hillary isn't running a Super Pac while campaigning as Jeb is so keep to the topic and quit trying to pretend you are a Russian and playing blame the liberal..

Oh don't try to make excuses for this scumbag. He is very much playing in the grey area and and no the law isn't fucking black & white on everything. If it were we wouldn't need tens of thousands of lawyers in this country because people would either be guilty or not..

Law is filled with grey zones. It's not like speeding..

dyna mo 05-31-2015 06:13 PM

and i fucking guarantee gfy that ********** has no fucking clue what a super pac is and the difference between a pac and a super pac.

fuck, he prolly doesn't even know what a fucking pac is.

ok, sure crockett, here's your chance, fill me in on 1, just 1, grey area legality that jeb bush is skating the edge of bad intent with here.

i'm not making excuses for him at all, that would be ********** stupid, and here's why-

BECAUSE HE IS RUNNING FOR FUCKING PRESIDENT.

if you were real about this, you'd be jumping for joy at this opportunity to impugn the guy because if this were real news, it's enough fodder to derail his presidential bid.

Translation: I'm cool with a guy working around the intent of the law.

There have already been plenty of Hillary threads. Her emails were technically legal. What her and Bill are doing with speeches is technically legal. Doesn't mean it's right.

One bad thing about your guy and you get your panties in a bunch. Shocking!

MiamiBoyz 05-31-2015 08:44 PM

If that cockless cunt is elected by the moronic populous of this shithole country I am wiping my ass with my passport...then turning the shit stained blue book in on my way out!

4 more years of another Bush will be the end of this country! See you later

Dude your constant aggression and name calling makes you look like a raging retarded child.

Why do you get so worked up over people disagreeing with you? It's not healthy and you look like a fool.

dyna mo 06-01-2015 06:22 AM

gofuckyourself. i'm not here to entertain your punk bitch ass.

you think because i throw some fucking words out laced with fuck that my life is impacted by some gfy fuckwad like yourself? you're the one that takes gfy seriously, not me.

i come here to act like a fucking gfyer and you can fuck right the fuck off with that ruining your day, again, not my day.

you can fuck off or i can add you to the list of drive-by fuckwads, like the guy i bitchslapped, that feel the need to be a fucking hypocrite and bitch.

dyna mo 06-01-2015 06:30 AM

if candythief wasn't so fucking stupid, he'd also realize that other fuckwad wasn't disagreeing with me, he was insulting me.

dyna mo 06-01-2015 06:48 AM

i see candyflip couldn't actually add to the topic, like i did, he simply drives-by to hypocritically bitch about a post of mine.

what a fucking fuckwad.

If he is running for president he is currently breaking the law. He is touring the country as a typical candidate would do, but is also running a super pac which is illegal for a candidate to be associated with.

The only reason it's "legal" is because he hasn't officially announced it yet, but he did one time make a slip up and said he was running. I'm hoping when the Federal Election Commission looks into the complaint, that they nail his ass to the wall, because of the slip up where he said he was running. He is clearly running for president and he is clearly running a super pac.

Jeb is clearly violating the intent of the law and he needs to be officially outed for it by the FEC. In all honestly this violation of the campaign finance rules should stop him from running, but we all know a guy with the name of Bush will just get a slap on the hand if anything at all.

This guy is a fucking scumbag whom doesn't give a fuck about this country or our laws.. The reason candidates like Sanders, Warren or Rand Paul can't match the money is because they don't break the laws and get away with it like Bush or Hillary can.

The country would be better off if both Bush & Hillary were thrown out of the election for the skirting the law violations. Neither will change anything in DC and it will just be for more years of the people getting fucked.

that's not the issue here.

the issue here is 52 U.S.C. § 30125(e), 5
which prohibits a candidate, and any “entity directly or indirectly established, financed, maintained or controlled by or acting on behalf of” a candidate, from raising funds that do not comply with Federal contribution limits and source prohibitions

again, i am simply pointing out that if Bush is breaking a law so egregiously and publicly, to win the fucking president of the USA title, then democratic opposition will easily trounce his candidacy and if i were you, i would be ecstatic he's giving you the ammo.

I don't have any faith in our govt to do anything in regards to stopping a Bush or a Clinton from breaking the law. I saw first hand the shit that went on in FL, with the 2000 election with Bush/Gore.

Jeb Bush 100% handed his brother that election while he was governor of FL. My vote as well as thousands of others were essentially thrown in the trash and not counted. He is a scumbag and has cheated the American public once in a presidential election and he's doing it again right now. Will he get in trouble.. Of course not because he's part of a "Royal" family.. No one will do anything whom is in a position to have an effect, because it would be career suicide.

2MuchMark 06-01-2015 05:53 PM

Dynamo clearly you want to stick your nose between Jeb's rosey republican ass-cheeks, take a big inhale, then give a big long lick to Jeb Bush's asshole. Just admit it and you'll feel better.

clearly you fail at grasping complex issues. if you weren't such a miserable dumbfuck, i'd feel a bit bad about pointing that out time and again.

Dynamo sweetheart, you need to get over your obsession with me. I know I'm a damn handsome man (Lol!) but you can do better than me, I promise. Lots of other fish in the sea, yadda yadda...

And again, you need to stop talking for me and for everyone else. Your opinions on me and everyone else you try to bully around here are completely wrong, and you just make yourself look like an asshole. I'm not miserable - I'm quite a happy guy and enjoying everything in my life right now. I'm not dumb - I consider myself to be pretty well informed about a lot of things, despite your beliefs to the contrary. And yes, I do know what a superpac is.

Have a nice day.

dyna mo 06-02-2015 11:18 AM

i was replying to your attempt at distorting my comments so you can try and insult me.

it's not hard to see that.

dyna mo 06-02-2015 11:21 AM

again, for the dense and butthurt, my guy ain't jeb bush, he is an example pointing to where the real problem is- the decision of the SC to validate the current super PAC laws.

you libtards don't remember the big deal that guy on comedy central made of super PACS? what's his face, the guy that came on after john stewart, he started and ran his own super PAC highlighting how unbelievably bad the laws are.

but some of you will still fail at getting any of that.
