Virginia Beach, Va. ? A dog was found dead at the scene of a brush fire in the 1200 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard on Friday afternoon.

The dog was a medium-sized, adult dog, grey and white in color and believed to be a pit-type breed.

Through an investigation, it was determined that the dog?s front and rear legs were bound together and the dog was still alive when set on fire.
