It's official; Hollywood now 100% creatively bankrupt
Or at least I suspect it is. I've suspected it for a while now,
but this? Big Trouble in Little China reboot coming: Dwayne Johnson is currently in talks to star in and produce a remake of the John Carpenter classic Big Trouble in Little China. Original 1986 trailer... |
Egg Shen: "Time for the medicine!
Jack Burton: "This does what again exactly?" Egg Shen: "Huge buzz!" what a great movie! |

Some things just shouldn't be fucked with. Especially just about everything carpenter has done. Look at how worthless their prequel of the thing was with so much awful cgi.

Everything is being rebooted or "re imagined" these days. Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, Friday the 13th, Evil Dead, Poltergeist, Spiderman (within 5 years or something), Fantastic Four, Robocop, etc....
So far the best boots have been ST and BSG. Not sure about the rest tho.. |

They're even redoing Goonies

They will not find 2 hotter women that the 2 main female leads. there were both 10's IMO.
What a fun flick too! |
The last movie I saw at a theater was Godzilla 1985. Call me the choir and preach on.
|
btw, if you're on amazon prime, they just added this ~a week or so ago.
ive got it queued up now, thx CD! :pimp |
I've never seen this movie so I could care less.
I like some of the "re imagined" stuff. I loved the original Battlestar Galatica, and loved the new version. Same with Star Trek. Loving the new James Bond too. I love the classics, don't get me wrong.... But the new stuff is good too. I love to see the redo Miami Vice. I loved the original, loved the movie too, but love to see them do a re imagined TV series from the 1980s. |
