Need managed hosting ASAP.
 
Already have NatNet, Mojo - looking for another fully managed dedicated server. Mainstream.

Need better support than either of them, willing to pay for it. Suggestions for legit companies only, not resellers?

My firm recommendation is in my signature below (yes with a affiliate code) BUT I stand behind them 200%.

I have fully managed and they give top notch tech support, not that I ever need it for anything other adding a script now and then. They do everything else for me.

I been in the business 16 years and the last 4 with these guys and I am not going anywhere else!

I am with ISPrime for more than a year now, can recommend them, but honestly, MojoHost's support was better [I spent 6-7 years with Brad's company].

Natnet has something like a 2 minute response time to my support tickets over the last 10 years or so, and they stay working on a problem until it's no longer a problem, without exception. How do you get better than that?

Certifiedhosting was always great with me never had any problems, always fast support! I run my own hosting company now but I see someone that I deal with already is helping you out mate. Good luck.

Natnet has fantastic response times on simple things, adding a domain, ftp account, etc

I'm not going into details about what's happening on here, I'm just looking to see my options.

Mojo is slower on tickets, but they do have greg martin who gets anything done there every time.

There is no better support than National Net. I was working on some stuff late Saturday night / Sunday morning, and they were answering tickets at 3am their time like it was in the middle of the afternoon.

This is most likely an odd circumstance for natnet, as I said they respond to tickets quickly, but I'm on day 5 of them breaking the server without a back up.

With all respect to Natnet, In my experiences working on client servers, I've found that their support is not really any faster then most other hosts. They reply in two minutes - yes - but that reply is usually something along the lines of "we are looking into it" while the actual solution time is comparable for instance Mojohost.

Heya Konrad, I can only speak from my own experience, and I haven't brought them any problems they couldn't solve yet this decade, nor the one prior to this either. Mojohost seems solid from the little I've talked to them, I like the way they reach out to companies like ElevatedX to put together packages.
