Thinking ahead at SecurionPay

Hi Everyone!

Let me give you some food for thoughts today!

Tokenization and EMV Can Cure the 'Age of Fraud - Tokenization and EMV Can Cure the Age of Fraud | PaymentsSource

"Attacks on data have become more sophisticated. Merchant PCI-DSS compliance isn’t close to where it should be, especially for mid-size and smaller merchants. Data thieves are aggregating stolen data from disparate sources. And the change in fraud patterns to “footprint” attacks makes it harder for our prevention systems to detect fraud as the perpetrators are now shopping in our members’ own backyards, where they would normally shop.

Thankfully for members everywhere, being involved in a breach doesn’t necessarily mean you will become a victim of fraud. It just means you were involved in a breach".

…..

"Tokenization is enabling the faster adoption of mobile payments by replacing a card’s primary account number with a random numerical sequence unique to a specific device, merchant, transaction type or channel. For FIs, tokenization is easier and quicker to deploy than EMV – the total implementation process should take just three to five weeks. For merchants, tokenization is easier and cheaper since it’s a software issue only (no new hardware is required), which is promising news since merchants have the most to gain from preventing card not present fraud from tokenization adoption."

SecurionPay hassle-free platform combines newest technology and advanced features to keep you few steps ahead in regards to risk and fraud.

Our system has been developed on TOKEN technology that represents our core security feature next to the Adjustable Fraud Prevention Suite and easy to manage but powerful blacklisting functionality.

This is great news!
I have been in development of a similar thing for small hotels handling creditcard numbers from online booking channels and they face very much the same issue. Anyone who does online payment should seriously consider this, makes life so much easier all around!

Securion easily has the nicest and most thought out API as far as programming stuff i've ever seen, and it's welcoming to see a proper stripe solution for high-risk stuff.
