I think enough info has been leaked and enough people in power have hinted that the classified sections of the 9/11 report revolve around Saudi Arabia's direct involvement in 9/11. I suspect the leaks and hint dropping are a way to ease public rage if the classified report ever does surface.

In fact one of the former chairs (Senator Bob Graham) whom sat on the 9/11 Senate Intelligence committee has openly stated this. Yet the information is classified leaving speculation.

There are also rumors that bin Laden was being "housed" by Pakistan and his expenses were covered by the Saudi's until US intelligence found him by doing what they do.

IMO I think it's one of the key reasons Obama has kept the Saudi's are arms length. I also think it's why Obama doesn't seem to give a rats ass what the Saudi's think in our negotiations with Iran..

Would do you think the public's reaction will be if this info is released?

Depends on what Britney Jenners was doing that day. I mean would Kayne be on tour? Important things like that tend to get in the way of being lied to and coerced into spending your future so a few people can become bigger billionaires.

I do not believe the government of Saudi Arabia intentionally helped and planned the terrorist attacks on 9/11.

At the time, The Saudis needed the United States more than any other time in their history. You can argue the Saudis (at the time) could have sold their oil anywhere, specifically China. But if you think back to August 2000... That was when Iraq invaded Kuwait, and the line of thought at the time was that Saudi Arabia was next. While we'll never know the truth, it surely was a reasonable fear - Iraq tore through Kuwait and looked like it was about to roll into Saudi Arabia. The United States came to the rescue of Saudi Arabia, and knew they might need the United States to help protect them in the near future. I think it is highly unlikely that officially the Saudi government was involved with the planning or support of this terrorist attack, including financially.

With that said, wasn't sixteen or seventeen of the nineteen hijackers from Saudi Arabia? That sure does give us valid reason to be asking a lot of questions.

It surely is believable that there was some level of support from within the Saudi government. We need to remember that some countries do not operate like most Western countries; In some Middle Eastern countries some branches of the same military force do not share the same beliefs or have the same goals as other branches. A good example of this is Iran, where some military forces are difficult to control.

Most likely we will never know the answer.

I do believe that Osama had a high degree of protection and support from high up in the Pakistan government however.

People will act the same way they did when they learned their government is spying on them. They'll find a way to justify it to make themselves feel better and so that they can get back to reality TV.

I guess you missed the news that many in the Saudi royal family was donating to Osama. Guess what the government of Saudi Arabia is comprised of?
