Will they ever allow making of new tubes?

Believe their trying to rework them for better SEO so doubt anytime soon.
I have (34) niche ones and mine do well so wish it was open as got a new expired domain I snatched up and would like to bring my count to (35) of them and don't really care about SEO as mine receive natural traffic and more about backlinks for me.

It's a nice idea but the pay is very low, I'm making $0.50 per day with 10,000 impressions.
