Average time for VEROTEL to make Profile Changes?
 

For me its 16 months and counting.

Odd. Been with them a decade for processing, and I have never had any major issues.

I would recommend you reach out to Jason if you're having that much trouble.

I will I guess. I was dealing with Thomas before. 16 months to update a profile meanwhile invoices collecting dust... lol.

I recently changed from wire to check so that I could receive my final payment. Received a confirmation email a day or two after I submitted the profile change request. Sounds like something went awry with yours.

I think you are correct. I will wait until tomorrow and try again.

As BF stated speak to Jason, we haven't had any issues with Verotel and have been dealing with them for many years.

Thanks for the replies. I have contacted Jason and hopefully, after 16 months we can get a simple address change in. I've asked to switch payouts as well. Hope I am not looking at 2018 for that. :(
