Pay Per Click and View Advertising

Hope everyone is having a great day.

I have an Adult Discussion site, for obvious reasons Google won't let me use Adsense, can anyone recommend anything similar to Adsense that allows Pay Per Click Advertising or even View on Adult websites.

I am getting plenty of views and clicks, just no one is signing up.

Any help would be appreciated.

It it a adult discussion forum or porn upload forum?

It's a confession site, confession to sexual misdemeanors, one of the most common threads is what people did with friends at school and where they lost there virginity.

We have just added sex questions and erotic stories.

It is not a porn upload site.

At the moment we are getting approx 500 unique visits a day.

Any help is appreciated.
