Every thread I look at, it's the same handful of members saying the same old crap. So, here's a test...if you are a member click, yes. My bet is, at the end of the day, there will be less then 20 yes's.

You're here for 6 months with very few posts and no identifying information as to what YOU do in the industry yet you're trashing the place?

Been here since 2003. And the people I deal with in the industry know exactly who I am.
Although, to be honest, I'm not sure being on GFY for a long period of time is really a badge of honour.

GFY is still alive and well. Just not to the extent it once was.

I find most members who are really doing business and looking for opportunity tend to lurk more and don't care to waste their time with off related topics.. Which there are many of stupid threads lately.

But in the last two weeks alone I have met many professionals who are still going strong.

Most of whom I would be happy to do business with again. Making relationships is still an easy thing to do around here, which is why I still love this place.

In short, if your doing real work and hustling hard.. It's just as fruitful as it ever was. Most professionals don't prefer to spend their time debating bullshit discussions. Nose to the grind stone.
