Yet another misleading title. Russia does not want to investigate anything. That was a sarcastic comment made by Markin (a guy known for talking all sorts of bullshit) as a response to the international investigation of corruption in FIFA. He can say anything he want, nobody here listens to him anyways. He can't investigate anything, because he's just a spokesmen, and he is certainly not Russia.
