Brassmonkey, blackmonsters - is this celebrity a role model in African American community?
|
How cute... playing with baking soda, toy guns and singing songs.

Of course the thread was a trick because he knew you'd support one of the team no matter what kind of fucking useless douche he is. Making things worse, he sucks. It's one thing to glorify illegal activities which are responsible for countless deaths And destroyed lives in the hood daily (which you clearly don't care about)... it's another entirely to completely suck at it as well. |

I've heard that "song" and I'm not sure what's worse the actual song or the fucking idiots that think it's a good song lol. The dumbest lyrics I have ever heard in my life. It's hysterical. This goes to prove any retard can become a rapper.

It's funny when people think acting is real. I suggest those people do not watch Jurassic World. They might think it's real too! LOL

You probably think video games like Call of Duty series are responsible for countless deaths too. LOL |

You probably shouldn't be in porn if you believe people are incapable of thinking for themselves and are influenced by what they see or hear from an entertainer. It makes you a hypocrite. |

The type of people who listen to rap seem to be highly suggestible. http://www.quickmeme.com/img/bb/bba3...538978ab82.jpg The amount of people here who believe porn influences is amazing too, almost everyone here thinks that women are all called "bitch", and lets be honest, a good 90% of GFYers are virgins but think they are sex gods. |

A few sparse references during a drug era has nothing to do with a culture of thugs, runaway murder rates, drug dealing and prison populations... and entire genre of music dedicated to glorifying the worst human behaviors imaginable, Amusing that you dimwits are going to act like celebs, music and movies don't influence behaviors. I guess they get paid billions in endorsements because those companies are hoping they'll just bring them good luck.. |

Wow, just wow. 127 million views? I've never heard of this guy. Is he African? He very well could be with that accent. Anyway, good for him. Some of you take this too serious, it's entertainment. You don't take every gangster or action movie hero or video game seriously either, right? Can't wait to go shooting in Africa again. They must be playing this song like crazy in all the clubs. Going to laugh my ass off. :D Yeay! PS: This comment made me crack up "When my mom walked in, I switched to porn because it's easier to explain." |

The fact that you cannot count the number of songs that "glorified heroin" sounds like a personal problem. If there are 50 I would be surprised. I cannot believe I am saying this, because I said the same thing to my son about 20 years ago; but, not all drug songs are meant to "glorify drugs." Fairies Wear Boots is an example of a song that when I first heard it live as a 16 year old on Orange Sunshine I thought it was glorifying drugs. After I came down and listened to the words I realized it was the opposite. But here is the difference, any songs that may have glorified heroin did not cause an entire culture/race to suffer decline. I don't think that even you or blackmonkey can deny that the introduction of crack cocaine was a terrible blow (pardon the pun) to the black community. The fact that any black role models continue to extoll coke as something cool is pretty sad. |

I initially thought it was an african/caribbean accent. But throughout the video there are spanish/latin references like "cholo", "puto", "loco" and "trente ocho"...which makes me think it's a Central/South American accent. |

and how many of those bands/songs have you ever heard [of]? |

It is ridiculous to even compare, lol.
On one side you have MOST of TOP and bottom artists gloryfying the lifestyle and you hear those songs everyday everywhere. On the other hand you have some bottom unknown artists having few crazy songs nobody heard about. I bet you could even find some songs gloryfing for example bestiality or whatever crazy if you dig hard enough. |
Regarding the heroin songs... those songs were not glorified and "oh well'd." Parents did not want their children listening to that music and they absolutely did not glorify it. It was attributed to Satan, godlessness, crime, the list goes on and on.
