Test each phrase for the same amount of time. The amount of time needed will depend on your traffic level.

Some stuff like that. Make it fit your scripts / process so it's accurate.

"upgrade" sounds like a procedure. "Sign up" does too. Things should be painless enough for a total couch potato blob.

Also as mentioned painless, fast, etc.. "Only 3 clicks away from our Massive Video Archive".. "$x will get you UNLIMITED access - no restrictions!".. "Trial full access for only $x for 3 days" .. If the girl is the hook.. "Download her full 90 minute video here" .. "Watch this cutie get fucked and hear her scream >>" etc
